Welcome to You Ask Andy

Dajuana Skinner', Age 10., Of Corsicana., Tex ., for her question:

Is it true that no tigers live in Africa?

On land, the meat eating carnivores are far out numbered by the animals who live on vegitation and mixed diets of vegetation and meat, the cats belong to an outstanding family of carnivores  and the giants of the cat family are the lions and the tigers. These lordly prowlers, it seems,, have divided the world into separate hunting grounds., and each keeps to its own territory,

Tigers are the big cats of asia where they roam through india and far north into siberia and china. The handsome animals have never invaded europe or africa. The lion claims africa as his royal hunting grounds., and in the past he roamed far into asia minor and parts of europe. No tiger.. So far as we know, has ever placed his paddy paw inside Africa, the home of the king of beasts.
